President Trump’s Arraignment
President Trump traveled to a Miami Federal Courthouse this Tuesday and plead not guilty to 37 charges stemming from the unsealed indictment brought forth by Special Counsel Jack Smith over classified documents last week.
31 of those charges were brought using the Espionage Act.
The Federalist published a great piece this week going through the DOJ and Special Counsel Jack Smith’s history of using the Espionage Act to punish political enemies.
Last week, President Trump released a video response to the indictment.
He also discussed the indictment in two speeches he gave in Georgia and North Carolina.
After the indictment announcement, Charlie Kirk called for Republicans running for President to go down to Miami to show solidarity with President Trump.
The only candidate who showed up was Vivek Ramaswamy, who gave a speech calling on the other Republican candidates to commit to pardoning President Trump on Day 1.
The other candidates either put out bland statements, nothing at all or attacked President Trump.

While President Trump may not have received much support from his Republican rivals, he received a warm welcome in Miami when he arrived for his arraignment.
President Trump then stopped by a Miami Cafe where the crowd prayed with him and wished him an early Happy Birthday.
Which triggered the hell out of Jake Tapper and Nicole Wallace.
President Trump then traveled to Bedminster where he gave a speech responding to the indictment and laying out some of the legal issues with it.
Also that night, Tucker Carlson released his best monologue yet, blasting the Trump Indictment.
Tucker Carlson released that monologue despite Fox News threatening him the day before.
AXIOS: Fox Sends Tucker Carlson Cease-And-Desist Letter
Harmeet Dhillon, a lawyer who represents Carlson along with Bryan Freedman, said in a statement to Axios: "Fox News continues to ignore the interests of its viewers, not to mention its shareholder obligations."
"Doubling down on the most catastrophic programming decision in the history of the cable news industry, Fox is now demanding that Tucker Carlson be silent until after the 2024 election," the statement continued.
"Tucker will not be silenced by anyone ... He is a singularly important voice on matters of public interest in our country, and will remain so."
Fox News didn't comment.
President Trump’s reacted on Truth Social to Tucker Carlson’s Monologue and released a video response.
Even with the indictments, President Trump continues to increase his lead in the polls. He posted really strong results in the most recent Harvard/Harris poll.
Breitbart: Harvard Poll: Most Voters Say Trump Indictment Is Election Interference, Believe He’ll Be Acquitted
Of the registered voter respondents, 55 percent believe that the indictment is “politically motivated” versus 45 percent who find it “valid.”
Similarly, 56 percent of the participants categorize the indictment as “interference by the Department of Justice in the 2024 elections,” and only 44 percent see it as “the fair application of the law”

A majority of 65 percent of respondents believe Biden “mishandled” classified material, while 72 percent think Clinton did, with 69 percent saying she “obstructed justice” by acid-washing her emails.
The indictments against President Trump highlight once again the lengths the Regime will go to keep Trump from returning to the White House. We all saw what they were capable of during the 2020 election. Be prepared for them to go even harder.
