Despite the very likely prospect of Republican control of both the House and the Senate, the Biden Regime has continued and escalated their war against the MAGA movement. Why? Because they believe that Republican lawmakers don’t have the spine or the interest to take the bold actions required to stop them. And thus they march on. Are they wrong?

The Biden Regime’s War On MAGA Continues
The Great MAGA Warrior Steve Bannon was sentenced to four months in Federal Prison this week for “contempt of Congress” for refusing a Congressional subpoena from the Illegitimate January 6th Committee.
We covered the trial and conviction of Steve Bannon, as well as some of his legal team’s arguments in our July newsletter.
Bannon’s arguments for not complying with the Congressional subpoena are as follows:
-Bannon Has Executive Privilege
-Committee Was Invalidly Formed
-Therefore Any Subpoena Is Also Invalid
Bannon is expected to appeal.
Bannon was released pending appeal, which he and his legal team promised to make. If an appeal is not made, Bannon must surrender voluntarily by Nov. 15, U.S. District Judge Carl Nichols ruled.

Biden’s DOJ, at the recommendation of the highly partisan United States Attorney Matthew Graves sought the maximum punishment for Bannon.
The Justice Department had recommended a six-month prison sentence and a $200,000 fine for the former Trump aide due to his failure to comply with a subpoena to appear before the House Select Committee investigating Jan. 6.

Steve Bannon joined Tucker Carlson later that night to give his reaction to the sentencing.

Additionally, the January 6th Committee finally did what many believed they would inevitably do and voted last week to subpoena President Trump. To which President Trump reportedly replied that he “loves the idea.”
The source said that if Trump complied with the subpoena and testified, he would "talk about how corrupt the election was, how corrupt the committee was, and how Nancy Pelosi did not call up the National Guard that Trump strongly recommended for her to do three days earlier on January 3, 2021."
The source told Fox News Digital that it is unclear at this point if Trump actually will testify before the committee, but stressed that Trump "loves the idea."
But Steve Bannon’s sentencing wasn’t the only example this week of the political weaponization of the Biden DOJ against the MAGA movement.
Christian Secor is a 24 year old UCLA student who non-violently protested inside the Capitol on January 6th. For that and sitting in Mike Pence’s chair, this young man was thrown in solitary confinement for over a month and this week was sentenced to three and a half years in federal prison.

We covered some of the other examples of the persecution of the MAGA movement in our newsletter from July.

Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene has led the charge in calling out the horrific treatment of the January 6th political prisoners in the DC Jail, including drafting a report on the cruel conditions.

Until Republicans seriously consider defunding and even dismantling these corrupt and irredeemable institutions, the persecution of the MAGA movement will not end. Hearings and letters are not going to cut it. Republicans must wield power boldly to bring the National Security State to heel. How about McCarthy and Republican Leadership make a “Commitment to America” about that?

Amazon Censoring Books At The Behest Of The Biden Regime
The Biden Administration has been caught time and time again enlisting their willing allies in Big Tech to censor opinions they dislike. Glenn Greenwald has a great piece that goes into why these actions, even though taken by “private companies,” are still unconstitutional.
Some Republicans have begun to push back against these unconstitutional actions and bring forth some promising lawsuits.

This week, Tucker Carlson had an exclusive report on the Biden Administration trying this same tactic with Amazon.

Here are a few more examples of the Biden Administration wielding Big Tech to censor their political opponents:
John Solomon’s Report: Outsourced censorship: Feds used private entity to target millions of social posts in 2020
A consortium of four private groups worked with the departments of Homeland Security (DHS) and State to censor massive numbers of social media posts they considered misinformation during the 2020 election, and its members then got rewarded with millions of federal dollars from the Biden administration afterwards, according to interviews and documents obtained by Just the News.

Former FBI Official Jill Sanborn To Testify Again Before Congress
You may remember Jill Sanborn from Senator Ted Cruz grilling her about the mystery of Ray Epps during a Senate Judiciary Committee Hearing earlier this year.

This week, the House Judiciary Committee announced that Sanborn will be brought back in to testify. Hopefully, she will face strong questioning again about Ray Epps, as well as questions about other suspicious characters from that day, especially the still unidentified January 6th pipe bomber.
