Elon Debuts The Twitter Files
Elon Musk has had a very busy past couple of weeks with Twitter. We discussed some of this in our newsletter from last week.
When Elon acquired Twitter the main hope was that he would return Twitter to being a true free speech platform. On this, the results have been pretty solid with some room for improvement. Revolver News has some great ideas.
So far, Elon has restored President Trump’s account and several prominent conservative commentators, but the promised mass Twitter Amnesty has not really materialized yet.
Some of this is understandable considering what Elon is up against, especially after the threat by Apple this week of potentially nuking Twitter from their app store.
It appears, for now, that this issue has been resolved. Whether there was some sort of deal made is unclear.

But Musk, and all supporters of free speech, should remain deeply wary of Apple, both due to its immense power and because of many years of evidence of a political agenda burrowed deep into the company.
Another hope, mostly among conservatives, is that Elon Musk would look under the hood of Twitter and reveal the internal communications of employees discussing the company’s biased censorship practices and their collusion with the the United States government and foreign governments to silence their opponents.
On this, Elon Musk is delivering, a lot. Beginning on Friday, Elon Musk provided journalist Matt Taibbi with thousands of internal documents from Twitter relating to their censorship practices. The whole thread is a must read.

Tucker Carlson’s Monologue On The Twitter Files Later That Night
Those documents are coming out again as we speak, and what they have proved so far is very serious. Those documents show a systemic violation of the first amendment, the largest example of that in modern history.
These documents show that, among other things, political officials in the Democratic National Committee were directing censorship at Twitter ahead of the 2020 election.
Twitter was also following instructions directly from the Biden campaign in the final days of the presidential campaign. One of the documents proves that officials on the Biden team routinely directed Twitter to remove posts that reflected poorly on Joe Biden.
Tucker Carlson also spoke with the actor James Woods, to react to these Twitter files revealing that the DNC ordered Twitter to remove his tweets.

During the Twitter space, Musk confirmed that there is much more to come.
Billionaire Elon Musk says "more smoking guns" are on the way after Friday's release of Twitter's internal communications regarding the alleged censoring of the New York Post's Hunter Biden laptop story.
"We’re just gonna put all the information out there try to get a clean slate we will be iteratively better and it will force other media companies to also be more truthful or else they’ll lose their readership,"
Musk went on to say that, while he has not inspected the documents personally, it appeared that there was "a very different standard applied to Republican candidates in the U.S. versus Democrat candidates" by those who used to be in charge at Twitter.
Some Republicans, like Representative James Comer, are making big promises about investigating these Twitter Files.
On Friday’s broadcast of the Fox News Channel’s “Hannity,” House Oversight Committee Ranking Member Rep. James Comer (R-KY) reacted to disclosures on Twitter’s suppression of the Hunter Biden laptop story by vowing that when he assumes the chairmanship of the Oversight Committee, every Twitter employee who was involved in the handling of the story will be in front of the committee.
James Woods has the perfect reaction to these promises by Republicans.
This interference in our elections by Big Tech and our own government must end and the people who rigged and interfered in the 2020 election must not only be grilled during live hearings on Fox, but punished. Until this happens, our elections will continue to not be our own and these thieves will carry on with new ways of mutilating and destroying your birthright.

Senator Hawley Reveals New Documents About The Biden Administration’s “Disinformation Governance Board”
Senator Hawley continues to expose the Biden Regime’s attempts to create their own Ministry of Truth with the willing assistance of Big Tech. Here is his latest discovery.
The hundreds of pages of heavily redacted internal emails, which can be read in full below, expose that DHS’s plans for the Disinformation Governance Board were much more extensive than the Biden administration has publicly acknowledged.
New documents now show that, despite DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas’s testimony in May that the Board hadn’t met, the Disinformation Governance Board Steering Group had begun meeting on a weekly basis as early as February 2022 and already had operational authorities.
The new documents also reveal that the Disinformation Governance Board plans to partner with Big Tech were far more extensive than DHS or the White House has admitted. Internal emails detail how DHS officials planned to meet with Meta’s Head of Security Policy Nathaniel Gleicher in February 2022, the same official who was in charge of security during Facebook’s suppression of the New York Post’s reporting on Hunter Biden ahead of the 2020 election. The Disinformation Governance Board also planned to establish an “analytic exchange” with “industry partners” in Big Tech.
Finally, the documents expose how the Disinformation Governance Board coordinated with the Omidyar Network, a left-wing dark money organization that has funneled millions of dollars into liberal advocacy groups. Emails show the Board received a document known as the “Z Memo” from the Omidyar Network in March. One week later, Jankowicz shared an op-ed authored by Omidyar staff with her colleagues.
